Spray oil into your pan. Over medium heat, sear both sides of spam.
Remove the spam from heat and set aside.
Add Egg Beaters to the pan and season with salt, as desired.
Cover the pan with a lid and flip when eggs begin to fluff up.
Take the eggs out and use the spam container like a cookie cutter to cut out pieces of the egg.
Now in the spam container, layer inside the spam, then egg, and then 45g of rice.
Cut nori paper into thirds (depending on the size of your nori sheet).
Invert the spam container onto the nori so that the egg, spam, and rice pop out into a neat musubi shape. Then wrap the nori around.
Repeat for the rest and enjoy!
