Lay wonton wrap on a flat surface and add 1/2 tsp of marinara sauce, 1 mozzarella pearl or shredded mozzarella, and 1 pepperoni slice in the middle.
I like using turkey pepperoni since they're more macro-friendly.
Wet the edges of the wonton wrap with a bit of water. This will help it stick and stay closed.
Starting from one corner, roll into the shape of a cannoli. Then fold the remaining corners into the center forming a square pizza roll.
Place the pizza rolls into the air fryer and spray a little bit of oil on top. Air fry at 390°F - 400°F for 6 minutes.
Feel free to adjust the temperature or timing based on your air fryer as needed, or to your desired crisp.
While waiting on the air fryer, you can begin prepping your sauce. In a bowl, combine light butter, shaved parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
