Oreo Tiramisu

Yield: 1 serving(s)  |  387 cal38g protein7g fat44g carbs

This is my super easy Oreo tiramisu recipe. Okay, not really a "true" tiramisu, but it's got layers! It's a thick, creamy, yogurt dessert (or breakfast, if you prefer) and of course, low calorie and high protein.

Here's how I made it:

In a bowl, combine fat-free Greek yogurt, sugar-free cheesecake Jello mix, and vanilla protein powder. This will be your yogurt mix.

I like using Legion protein powder. (Use 20% OFF code: CookLikeImBook)

In another bowl, add in enough fat-free milk to dunk your Oreos. You don't need too much, just enough to coat it.

Split 3 Oreo Thins in half and dunk the Oreo half with the cream into your milk. Then place the them on the bottom of a ramekin. You could also use a bowl or wide mason jar for a smaller portion - totally up to you.

In my video/pictures, I used regular Oreos because that's all I had, but use Oreo Thins for the macros listed here.

Then, add a layer of the yogurt mix on top of the Oreo Thin halves in the ramekin.

Take the remaining halves of the Oreo Thins, dunk them in milk, layer on top of the yogurt, and add another layer of the remaining yogurt on top.

Separate the remaining 3 Oreos Thins into halves, remove the cream, and crush it into bits.

Sprinkle the crumbled Oreos on top of the layered "tiramisu". I sifted it here, but if you prefer more of a chunky crunch, that's fine too. And that's it! Enjoy!
